Biography

1923 - , London. 1942 - 1946 St Martins School of Art. 1946 - 1947 Royal Academy School and the Academia de Belle Arte, Rome. (1947-8). Since her first solo exhibition in 1951 she has exhibited widely, nationally and internationally. Her strong abstract gestural paintings are represented in many public collections.
